Coach Diego Frez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and Physical Activity, providing a solid academic foundation for his professional coaching approach. With over a decade of experience in acrobatics, tumbling, and performance training, he has helped athletes of all levels develop the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to reach their full potential.
